Synopsis
Washed up and fading fast, influencer Cecilia Dolion - aka Queen Cecilia - clings to the remnants of online fame while scraping by as a delivery driver. When a publicist offers to resurrect her career for $20K, she sees one last shot at relevance. Desperate for cash, she decides to blackmail a former classmate now turned drug dealer. But the plan backfires, pulling her into the dark world of drug trafficking, muling heroin from Mexico into Texas. As the pressure mounts, Queen Cecilia spirals - one bad decision at a time.
